春节快乐！
为了庆祝中国传统新年 — 春节，温尼伯交响乐团助理指挥 Naomi Woo 将带领温尼伯交响乐团举办一场别开生面的音乐会。为了迎接兔年的到来，我们与印象传媒合作，用大家耳熟能详的歌声、舞蹈、音乐来迎接这个美妙的夜晚。其中包括春节序 曲、花鼓曲、梁祝小提琴协奏曲等。而特邀嘉宾大山将为我们朗诵白居易的《长恨歌》。而加 拿大籍华人作曲家 Chan Ka Nin 也专门为此次庆典而谱曲，
在此次音乐会上为大家献 上这支乐曲的世界首演。
Happy Spring Festival!
WSO assistant conductor Naomi Woo leads the WSO in a very special concert celebrating the beginning of a new year on the traditional lunar Chinese calendar – also referred to as the Spring Festival. We’re welcoming the Year of the Rabbit with a spectacular evening of singing, dancing, music and more. Chinese audiences will instantly recognize Spring Festival Overture, Flower Drum Song, Butterfly Lover’s Violin Concerto and Song of Everlasting Regret, narrated by Chinese superstar, Canadian comedian and television personality Dashan. The concert features a world premiere composition by Chinese-Canadian composer Cha Ka Nin, composed especially for this celebration.
This performance will be presented in Mandarin and English.
